Will the classes be Online on Zoom?
No, the courses are available in the form of videos on website.
Will this course start from scratch whenever we enroll?
Yes…, you will start it from the beginning, at your own convenance, at your own place.
When will the registration start?
Registrations are open now.
When will the class start?
When you enroll your classes will start on the same day.
If it is in the form of videos, then how will we ask questions?
You can ask question in comment section under each video.
Will I get access to new content that is added?
As long as you are subscribed to a plan, you will have access to all new content that is added under your subscription.
Can I interact with the instructors in person?
If you have subscribed to All parts option, you can ask questions to our instructor during the live Q&A sessions. We do not offer 1-1 sessions with our instructor at the moment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once, you register yourself, you will see an option of subscription in your account dashboard. You will find an option “Cancel” to cancel your subscription.
Where can I update my billing information?
Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking “My Account” > “Settings” and then clicking “Billing” from the top navigation menu.
My credit card is being declined. Why is that?
Many credit / debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit / debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be declined.
